We were fortunate to be able to stay in the Van Gogh suite, that also happens to be a north facing corner room. My lord, these Kimpton Hotels are fantastic in their own right, but this room was a work of art. Every wall is graced with a mural by Vincent Van Gogh, inclusive of the bathroom that boasts an ultra wide double sink and a luxurious navy blue clawfoot tub within the confines of the stand up shower in a simple and elegant glass enclosure. Cannot express the feeling of staying in a suite like this. I just felt so lucky and appreciative. 100 percent recommend!

The property was gorgeous. Truly a boutique hotel with all the fine details and furniture. The staff were exceptional! The general manager was amazing and helpful. Really loved the vibe.

Fantastic King room with an generous walk in shower and a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the free coffee in the lobby in the morning was quite delicious. Across the road is a posh supermarket which is handy. Also, it is an easy walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the NASA Glenn Visitor Center.

The hotel location, staff, The Betts for breakfast, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom, pillows were comfortable. The room size was more than adequate. Nice toiletries.

Fantastic experience! The staff, from the hotel GM to the housekeeping (Taylor, I believe) were kind, present, thoughtful, and accommodating. The room was nice and clean, as well as common areas.

The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant by the lobby was good to have since there isn't much in the way of breakfast options in downtown Cleveland.

The bed was a little lumpy and there was no view to speak of unless you count bird pooped window seals.

The location is fantastic. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The lobby is far too tiny, but it is still the coziest spots in downtown Cleveland.

The hotel was super cool. We loved everything about it. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the lobby and the coffee was incredible. It was close to a great diner and a gourmet grocery store.
